How to embed a discussion forum into a site?

Does anyone know how to do this? I never ask people for anything when there is google but I just can't find information as how to do this.

Why don't you just creat a phpBB like this one. If so just link it with your homepage of your forum.

It is better to have it embedded into the site because then you can play witht he PHP and make your own design templates etc. It is easier for the users to navigate the site as well.
