" they have assassins who kill any brihght Somali" Said the Sheikh who specialises in chopping ooff limbs of hungry peasants with blunt pangas in his Ifka Halan Road helhole `court'. No prizes for guessing who he means by bright. " I am not scared at all" Said Mr. Aweys who lives in highly fortfied, double-walled villa surrounded by dozens of his men driving around in anti-aircarft mounted trucks.

Dismiss Galol in this discussion, and f.uck George Bsh and his so called "war on terrorism", but do you really believe that Sheikh Aweys an ex-Taliban fighter would advance Somalia's causes? He was in Mogadiscio solely for the protection of his tribal people, and he ain't better than a warlord. Maybe, he is worse, because he is going to kill and destroy on behalf of the Muslim card.

I never even heard of Sheikh Aways before these events have started and I can understand how some ppl could see him as a tribal man using Islam after reading some somali sites....but what I am tired of is these warlords...so I am saying sometimes the end might justify the means and if that comes in the form of sheikh Aways....Adeer Cali or some troops from uganda i am all for that.
