Salam Alekum brothers and sisters, it was narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) that women will form the majority of the people of Hell. It was narrated from ‘Imraan ibn Husayn that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “I looked into Paradise and I saw that the majority of its people were the poor. And I looked into Hell and I saw that the majority of its people are women.”

WHY?
Our beloved prophet pbuh was once asked by a group of women why oh why? He replyed ‘You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religious commitment than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you.’
Our prophet pbuh also said ‘Because you complain too much and are ungrateful to your husbands.’ Those women started throwing their jewellery to charity.

My sisters in islam we should strive to adhere to the rituals and obligatory duties of Islam, especially prayer, and to keep away from that which Allaah swt has forbidden, and may Allah swt have mercy on us.

Um not sure about the husband bit but I might be going to hell because I don’t pray, wear a scarf, read the Quran, wear clothes that covers my body from head to toe, nights out in town and so on but that needs to change and i know that.

May I ask why is it so important for you to respect your husband, shouldn’t it be mutual thing?

Salam sisters are a woman has to respect her husband just they way a husband has to respect his wife.
A woman has to respect her husband and his family, not to complain to others about him, always assisting the husband in his Deen, always speaking kind of him in his presence and during his absence not to degrade him because of looks or poverty.

Now you might be thinking what about the husband?
Well he has of course respect his wife, to treat her with kindness, and to exercise extreme patience and tolerance in the face of unreasonable behaviour, to respect her parents and family members also to reprimand the wife with dignity, respect, politeness.

No is ok sis, every Islamic injunction addressed to man is also addressed to woman. The Islamic law is gender neutral. Both men and women are permitted to work and seek Allah’s Provision. Allah Almighty says: “And their Lord hath heard them (and He saith): I suffer not the work of any worker, male or female, to be lost…” (Aal-`Imran: 195)
Women are allowed to work however the Muslim woman has to keep away from what may jeopardize her religion and honor.
