Why people try to explain un-explainable things using religion?
It never fails, every time you ask a question that's hard to answer they tell you some flaky reason on how religion has to do with it?
I mean, I understand that relegion is a strong force and in it lay alot of answers. But why can't people just say "I don't know" instead of things like "waa shaydaanka" or "tuko" or something else. I'm left there dazed wondering, but that is not whay I asked you. Granted, I need to pray regularly. Lakiinse, what does that have to do with anything?
Maybe I'm different than most people I know? Garan maayo, but if somebody ever asks me something and I don't know the answer I simple say...I DON'T KNOW...Sorry.
I know someone who has the answer for everything, or so he thinks..."my head hurts"...drink more water.."but i drink about a gallon a day"...oh then sleep more...."My cat is sick"...Change his diet...nevermind that he's been on the same diet for the last year and nevermind that I didn't even ask you for any advise?
If it's not one thing it's another, if it's not another it's religiously based. This is so aggrivating!!

Hannah, you spend more time on reading everything but religious articles. Besides, you aren't interested in the study of Islam, speaking from my observation . Consider , spending time with religious courses or reading it then you would be able to get all the answers you need.
As a Human being, there are things that are unexplainable whether Science or anything within the realm of general knowledge. You should know that we are severely limited.

You will never grasp everything that's out there, we all know that, But why is it so hard to simply say I don't know? Why is it so important to appear superior to the next person or belittle their question as insignificant or lacking religious foundation if it doesn't sit well with you? Do we still believe in that little white lie oo hooyoo noo sheegii jirtay, when things didn't go well for us; hooyo dadkaas oo dhan waa ka fiicantahay iska dhaaf hadalkooda..?
let me share a little funny story of how we really believe our mothers, just this last weekend with my American friend and her son who happened to see the easter basket (that she was hiding from him till dinner) in the trunk of her car when they were shopping, he got excited thinking the easter bunny put it there for him. So she decides to come clean and she tells him Okey Mommy is the easter bunny. The dumb kid got even more excited thinking she's the REAL easter bunny who delivers all the baskets to all the kids in the world, She didn't have the heart to correct him, So he still believes in easter bunny and he is almost frigging 8!! Mothers could certainly do some damage
Sorry Hannah, I got carried away. I'm out!

If you're at the point of asking this question, you have found the path of nonbelieve. I hope you take it, its very liberating. Because if you are questioning WHY Allah can't know better, since religions are BY Allah/God for humanity, then what is he good for or what is the implication of mere humans knowing more than he or he not being able to answer for you questions beyond your scope of understanding?
With regard to the questin posed, there is very prosiac answer for it. It is easier to ascribe what you don't know to some supernatural celestial entity than it's to admit inscrutability. It is reassuring, the invisible know-all guy up in the heavens will solve and answer all our problems as opposed to relying on fallible man. EVEN when we KNOW better as was the case when Benjamin Franklin discovered the lightening rod... the church went berserk insisting God's plans shouldn't be subverted.

Maybe I worded what I said wrongly....My issue isn't that ALLAH doesn't know better or know everything. My issue is, why do people use religion in place of say....just the God honest truth. I will give you an example.
The other day I asked my uncles wife Malyun, why is that when we hear stories about Jin it's usually here say. For example, one of my aunts told me a friend told her that this one lady was just sitting there one day adn she started to spew water all over the place like she was just sitting there and started leaking water from her stomach. As if she was a fire hose or something. I thought that was the stupidest thing I've ever heard. So, I said how can that happen? It's illogical, and yes I know there are some things that are beyond our understanding..but come on, that is just plain ridiculous.
Why is it that it's always a friend of a friend that hears or is a witness to these incidents, you never hear someone say to you "I saw..." or "I heard with my own two ears..."
I my aunt that and she said, "Ilaahay ayaa og...iska Acuthubileyso uun"
I said, but that is not what I asked you, I just wanted your oppinion.
My question is not about faith it's about how people twist and turn that faith. Yes, and how about people that make up Surra's because it fits the bill for the moment.
I think Demure is the only one who understood what I'm saying. Lakiin that kid isn't dumb..lol, he is a child just innocent. I guess when you are children you think the world of your parents, you think of them so highly that you dare to think that they can be the Easter Bunny. I love kids.
