How Come Somalis Drive Without Car Insurance

When I was getting my lisence 2 years back I couldnt find a single car to with insurance to take my lisence with, I could find plenty of cars but none of them had insurance covarage...?????

That's wierd, I don't know anyone without insurance, but alot of the ones I know have only Liability and not full coverage.
Who's your carrier?
Those All State commercials piss me off.

adv. the answer is very simple. It all depends of the ppl u hangout with. I feel sorry 4 u if u r surrounded by bottom feeders. In other words ALL somalis are not like the ones you deal with.
How can any1 with conscience drive a car without insurance. u can get jailed 4 a long time if u kill some1.

I swear I was fillin out a court appeal at york civic centre for some bullshit OPP officer in their long weekend blitz two weeks ago
$110 dollars. But the officer had sympathy on me cause I am a student and all and said he wouldn't show up too court which is probably in like 6 months

One time I was late from work and I was speeding like there is no tomorrow....and guess what.. I was stopped by a cop. I was shaking and sweating and shit. so...he took pity on me and let me go.
