^^^^^^^^^LionHeart, Goldogob is a mainly Leelkase Settlement, and this hospital was created by the Leelkase folks of Western Countries.

@those hideous pictures. I have seen pictures of homeless shelters in Hargeisa that look better than that "hospital."
