I know that topics relating to S-Land have dominated this place, but this is a genuine question, and please, if you are a kid, the age of Faqash Killer et al, don't even bother with your cut & paste sh!t, cause that doesn't cut anything in this Q.

Question is about the border of S-Land, bear with me for I have no knowledge of where S-Land starts but I know it ends in Jibouti.

Is the border patrolled?
What happens to the communities living on both sides of the border?
How can a Faqash/Hutu cross the border? Should s/he produce a passport and apply for a visa at the border?
How can a non-S-Lander visit, coming from abroad?
Can a non-S-Lander invest?

I would rather get my response from old timers who actually know what they are talking about, Galol, Qudhac & Co.
