Fighters paid to fight for the warlords are causing civilian catastrophe.

The fighters who are paid in food, khat, alcohol,hard drugs and cigarettes direct their limitless supply of arms aimlessly.

The displined and sober fighters for the islamic courts are short of weapons but they are making the best of what they have.
With the help of Allah, they managed to capture 80% of the city.

This reminds me of *The Assassin* modus-operandi when it comes 2 battles, training his soldiers 2 butcher on command, without giving consideration 2 their wellbeing. He used similar sophisticated mind control 2 reinforces his notions. It's generally supposed that he dosed his pursuers with hashish 2 manipulate them with drug-induced visualizations. But never thought Somalia’s aspiring leaders will ever contemplate about using dismal stimulus, 2 encourage their soldiers.
