There is a great website that I discovered a few years back:

They have over 200 reciters of Qur'an & all of it in MP3 format.

My favorite is Sh. Abdulrasheed Ali Sufi, check him out, he is the son of the late Sh. Sufi, if anyone remembers?

This site also has great lectures in English everyone from Anwar Al Awlaki to Ahmed Deedat to Bilal Philips all of it in MP3 format.
