I believe the majority of somnet members are conservatives, or at least wouldn't openly talk about having a "bf" or "gf" (which is against the deen); I haven't seen that.

There are alternative ways to meet one's potential wife/husband; the Islamic, traditional or cultural way. Dating, having a "bf" or "gf" doesn't necessarily suggest a healthy stuckup.
