Workout routine

What do you all do to get in shape? since I believe that its very important to be fit.

Start off on the treadmill, for 5-10 mins. Stretch, then skip rope for 15 mins. Then I hit the heavy bag for anywhere from 30-6- mins. Pump iron, then cool down on the treadmill. Lean and mean. Very Happy

i do not have a specific work out or schedule that i follow day in and day out. the only thing that i do is play basketball 3 1/2 hours(on average) a day 5 days a week. i have not gained or lost any weight in years. it is extremely hard when you are as active as i am.

I remember a couple of years back, that I was addicted the treadmill and in some gyms they have "no more than 30 minutes" I used to go on that bad boy for 1 hour PLUS non-stop.
