If Isaaq drinks a 40 oz does that give dooros the right to do it.

Isaaq drink 40 oz all the time. It is not something that is in our interest to emulate. 40 oz of drink makes you drunk and stupid and addicted.
But if Isaq were my enemies and rivals and were injecting steroids that make them strong(but in the long term bad) then I would emulate that behaviour because of the comparative advantage that steroids give my rivals is too great.
It is the same with working with Gaalo. Your people were weak and subjugated so in order to compete they allied themselves with gaalo. But the gaalo turned on them and started making demands on them. That is when they shot the gaal. And they paid dearly for it.
So We started learning English and Italian and becoming soldiers for the gaalo and beat the crap out of the Original Gaalo Raac with the gaalo weapons.
But the difference between the Daarood Gaalo Raac and the Isaaq Gaalo Raac is this:
The Daarood one is using the Gaal for his own purposes.
The Isaaq one loves the Gaal as a superiour Human Being and Brother of Isaaq.
