Well, I have access to a gym here and pay a visit few times a month. I run on the treadmill and pick up some 20k weights. I also go there when I need to blow some steam and feel frustrated


Cherokee and Karkaar, People exercise for health reasons which I agree with, but some males who go to the gym go there to get six packs to show on camera later on to clueless chicks online who only care about big hands that hold them and big muscles they can enjoy looking at as they say. I hate to shape my body to a woman's liking. I look good as I am and only muscles I have are the ones toned from my soccer games just a lean guy like a typical somali.
