Its tactical.they are moving those troops from Ceel-Carfiid to Afgoye via Balcad area,because they cant go through Mogadishu.But they are bringing more troops across the from Hiiraan.Those will propaply attack Mogadishu from the North, the same place where the other troops were moved from.But why?cause those transfered soldiers er propaply scared and cant take the heat,cause of the every day attack they were recieving since januarry,and worst of all the suicide bomber that struck them so hard,killed over 100 of them and injured many more..the fresh troops have propably never been in Somalia.and they are told that this is going to be easy mission...But the freedomfighters are aware of this info..so they have strenght many men from the down Jubbas to these area in order to prevent the coming attacks..Aroud 1000 fighters just arrived from the jubbas today,including them manr hardcore and well experienced fighters...So far milirary Ethiopia have failed miserably..they are stucked .the insurgents are dobbling and becoming stronger..They are getting more support.many somalis joining and thats excatly after the plan .prolong the war to deny accoupiers a srtong foothold..try to unify somalis...And victory will be ours Insha Allah.
