The hospital in bossaso and elsewhere are run by individual doctors from the diaspora.

The one in bossaso is run by DR. aw muuse something and has help from Dr. aidarus

Dowladsade In boosaaso there are 3 hospitals all of which are run privately, no help from government or NGO'S they are run by businemen or somali doctors from the diaspora, and obviously the hospitals are not free so thats how they make their money from the patients, when your building a hospital in puntland the land is free and locals and the diaspora, the business people all chip in.

thats how everything is done in puntland, schools, hospitals etc are built the people, ngos help is very limited, so the people help them selves.
