Well, I think the implication was that if all the Yankee bum smellers got their noses out of Gee Dubya's ass crack long enough to make noise, SOMEthing could at least be begun. maybe pressure on xabaash to move out. yanno, the TFG structure itself is a pretty good start. I just have issue with the war criminals running it. Therefore, if you take ICU philosphy to law and order, and mate it with the present gov. structure, you'd have a start, I believe. Sorta replace fanax and biijo with icu heads.
