somali people in the public

Did anyone notice this but you know when u r walking down the street n u see a somali babe, they give u funny look like as if am looking down on them just becuz they arent wearing headscarves. i dont know but the malis in this town are acting funny. I know some girls and boys they dont like their somali community but they beg friend foreigners, i wanna understand why are they acting like this. some ppl i know they think themselves to be above other ppl, they dont respect each other and the older generation and certainly are jealous of each other?
another example is when u go to shop like HM n see u some1 somali, some of them are freindly to u n some just act very, lets just funny? am not a judgemental person but i think many ppl are very insecure bout themselves???? wat do u guys think?
