Re: Somali clans sea ports ( power ) and our long coastline
first of all the two respective clans got all of their territory on lockdown + invested heavily in ports. Second what has abgaal honestly accomplished?
even during Habar gidr and Abgaals first golden age 1992 - 2006
and 2006 - 2007
you have nothing compared to mj's man
there is no " Abgaal state "

Re: Somali clans who got sea acces and those who dont!
galia who is the boss clans of bosaaso berbera kismayo .....
clans who have direct contact with ocean ... like territory all the way to indian ocean
they can be very powerful.
think about it
somali sea clans had every chance to become rich and trade as far as Indochina and India , Indonesia

Re: Sea Somalis and Interior Somalis... ( Port and Fortune )
first of all
Garxajis is a combined tribe which means ciidagale and habar yonis are two separate clans.
second Maydh and the approx 70 - 80 km coastline is Isaaq deegan not subclan of Isaaq like habar yonis cause all isaaq clans came from that place.
last Maydh is not connect with western habar ...

Somali clans sea ports ( power ) and our long coastline
Somali tribes with port access seems to be thriving economically very well , of course with some exception. But how come Somalis have underestimated the value of having sea access?
