Hi guys,

I have heard a story that under Siad Barre regime once a kenyan soldier killed or kidnap a Somali woman on the Somali border, and Barre demanded that Kenya hand over that soldier otherwise he was ready to go for war. Is this story correct ? and if so do you have any evidence ?
