Jacka energy is a british company. These percentages are how the companies will divide their share if oil is found. I am not sure what is the deal between the government and the companies are but I am guessing a final production sharing deal between the companies on one side and Somaliland government will be drafted only after the result come out and if oil is found.

Locals should see a change in their community not the typical African oil stories we all see.

Cala kuli xaal reer Gabiley boos ugama banaana meeshan laga hadlaayo haada, a Sanaagian son owns 20% of the shares in the block. If you want
to welcome them in something else that is the choice of reer Oodweyne but ariinta shidaalka wa ariin la dhameeyay mar hore.

MrPrestige,

Inadeer I like your energy but I don't support what your doing ain't cool nor healthy. Reerka iska dhaaf and allow normal people to worry about Oilweyne. Anigu I am against secessionists hijacking the oil revenue when its hit Insha Allah for their silly ixtiraaf mission. In such case, I have no choice but to assemble new paramilitary force of 20,000 (mostly Isaaq, Dir, Oromo, Afar and Ogadenis) to invade and dismantle the secession project for once and for all.

It is Halal to dismantle and expel them when they use the Somali resources for tribal agendas that won't go far thus waste. It is our duty to intervene whether we are in Ethiopia, Djibouti, Kenya or Somalia south.
