With that said, I have been to both Naivasha and Nukuru and that are is Kalenjin territory. The worst inter-tribal violence during recent elections happened in the Naivasha area with rampaging Kalenjin attacking Kikuyu who lived among them. The land settlement should have complete recognition and acceptance from that tribe in the area otherwise consider the central government forces not there if things ever blow up.

LeJusicier... you need to visit these areas. The most beautiful places are in the Rift Valley. Some places look like the Scottish highlands.

the most beautiful yet cursed lands are in the Eastern Congo outside Goma. It is heavenly! North and South Kivu are glorious. My favorite areas are along Lake Tangayika which has glorious beaches comparable to Tahiti. I have explored the Tanzanian side but look forward to the Burundian, Malawi and DRC.

Isaaq community also has farmlands in Uganda but not sure how big.

This Naivasha and Nakuru lands are very prime real estate.

We live amongst the Kalenji tribe. I personally know few Reer Ainanshe families.

I think that girl looking for her mum was Kalenjin too.
