i knew that the somali revolution was great at first 10 years because of its russian role according to mohammed cali kiimiko: the russians were the ones who were ruling and that why the regime had stability but after their expultion in 1977 the regime was not save from military coup attempts. futhermore the professor samater has said :the revolution was great in its first 10 years.
what i found out now is that siyaad barre " reversed his earlier policy of detribalisation and started relying on his clans" i found out that his mother was ogadeen and that his wife was dhulbahante, so, he started to rely on them. THIS IS THE BIGGEST INFORMATION I HAVE EVER READ.
