My first crush? Sad

I donÂ’t really like to talk about this. I donÂ’t know if it was a crush or something else. I was 8. He was about 12, the most beautiful, smartest, kindest, sweetest and funniest person everÂ…I used to look forward to walking to dugsi with himÂ…he had the funniest jokes.

Anyway, one day as he was laughing and telling jokes in his parentsÂ’ villa over some nice Somali shah he got hit right in the middle of his head by a stray bullet. I suppose I should be consoled by the fact that he died laughing. The hardest thing was having to take karfan to the house for his dead body. That is when I realised how much I actually liked him. Crying or Very sad

^^war it's not a laughing matter. It took me ages to put that behind me. And yes he was hit by a stray bullet. That is when I truly understood the phrase 'death will find you anywhere'.
