Yeah, I think I did. Rankian Birth, named after Otto Rankin. I remember my birth in such vivid terms that it's hard not to filter all worldy observations through it.

and puntland is not hot....only boosaaso thats one city in a very big land.
and i think you'll find 80% of the houses/buildings/business in boosaaso are airconditioned.

Were they celebrating his birthday or something? I donÂ’t understand why they would have tinsel everywhere while conducting what appears to be a cabinet meeting. The plastic flowers is understandable and can be overlooked but tinsel is just stretching it and looks very silly.
