sxb "dib ugurasho xeelad dagaal awgeed" means one of two things: either you've got your arse handed to you or after careful observation of your opponents you decided that you're no match for them.
now we know it isn't the latter because the ICU thugs decided to fight so that means they thought they could match the TFG's firepower but they thought wrong.

You mean the Ethios? Because we both know there is no TFG army that's fighting.
The retreatment of the UIC could mean many things as I see it: heavy casualty (which can't be the case, because Mogadishu would've felt it & we've known about it), strained supply lines, or to shake the Ethios out of their dhufeys & away from their supply lines.
We'll know soon enough, insha Allah!

Xoogsade,
Waxaad rabto dheh laakiin, I am very well informed of the situation on the ground. I've 2 first cousins in the UIC who I keep close contact with, don't need to hear it from nobody.
1,200 casualty in 6 days? Waxaasi waa sheeko sheekh! Not even logistically possible.
It's too early to tell anything, the UIC retreats & it means they lost? Wars take time, we'll eventually see the outcome insha Allah!

La Allah illa Allah!
The source of all that's good,
The well-spring of a Moslem's faith;
For which he sheds his blood.
La Allah illa Allah!
The One, the True, the Great,
To Mussulmans the guiding star,
The ruler of their fate.
La Allah illa Allah!
To Thee we humbly cry.
When Allah Akbar strikes Thy ear,
Oh! To our prayer reply.
La Allah illa Allah!
This call we daily raise,
"Salaam aliekoum, waramat Allah!"
To Thee we give the praise

sxb having two or ten cousins in the ICU doesn't neccessarily mean that you have the complete truth.
1,200 saas uma badna sxb markaad fiirisid inta meelood oo uu dagaaladu ka socdeen isku marka.
as of today sxb runta waa sidan.
Galgaduud---> pretty much ICU free
Mudug------> completely ICU free
Bay-----> ICU free
Bakool-----> ICU free
Hiiraan----> ICU free
Shabeelada Hoose (parts of it under TFG control i.e. Bali-doogle etc)
Jubbada Hoose (parts of it under TFG control i.e. Bu'ale, Beerxaano etc)
if everything goes as planned except for Xamar by the end of this the rest of somalia will be ICU free at which time the TFG forces will go in for the final kill.

Xoogsade,
That's the way you choose to see things, but I am sure the UIC could've retreated for many reasons, but not because they lost. In most places they left, they withdrew before there was even a war e.g. Beledweyne, Buurhakaba, etc.
It's likely that the initial attacks were provocations to expose the Ethiopian presence in Somalia, which they accomplished.
Too early to tell anything!
