The figures for the western clans are probably correct , but the author does not seem to know the eastern clans well, and the british would be more familiat with Hargiesa, Burco and Berbera thats why HJ are underrepresented as well as the warsangeli and dhulbahante.

This is way off the mark. First the Ciisa Madoobe do not number that even today. The Gadabuursi is probably right.

The Isaaq numbers are wrong as well. I am guessing at least 80% of the total population should be Isaaq.

This can't be taken serious.
