Drinking in moderate amounts (no more than one drink a day) is healthy for you, DEPENDING on the drink. Mohammed got that part wrong.

Smoking is unhealthy in any quantity, but like most things, the more you do it, the worse it is.

I was quoting Jim Morrison. I don't know if he said 'beautiful' or 'handsome corpse', but I always liked the quote as a aesthetical sentence. Anyway, I like to be unmoderate at certain moments.
