period pain..help me

im in terrible pain i feel like im gonna die...i took Advil but is not helping.... .. any suggestions? or in general what should i avoid and what should i try? should i be drinking hot stuff?or cold....HELP ME PPL Crying or Very sad

first off: get the fukk off the pc.
second: go to sleep and clutch your stomach, it helps.
third: go to cvs and grab some midol, but i doubt you can now because of the weather.
fourth: you should have planned ahead.

he also sets upward near a window for more than 2 hours

If you took Advil it should help you...if its 2 tablets of 200 mg, you can add 2 more ...upto 800mg if its an intense pain.
That should help you...but you can use some heat on your pelvic area, or pressure and see if there is any relief.
