WHO IS TO BLAME
Only last night at least ten people were reported dead and more than forty wounded in mortar shells and rockets exchange between Somali government forces backed by Ethiopians and the insurgents fighting in the capital Mogadishu on Tuesday.

two doesnt count. there has to be mor than 5 isaq for isaq to be included in the blame.

i agree. isaq are responsible for all this as they are the brain of somalia. and ever since the brain whent on strick and decided to go its own way the rest of the body has been sick.

I think that the gov't or the people in power are reponsible,that is why the Somali population should take matters into their own hands and have the right people running this country. This gov't is behaving like this because the Somali population is not letting their voices heard because they are busy with Qabil. So you chose Qabil or Country?
