The ironic thing is that Culusow was supposed to be the UIC candidate for PM under a deal with Afbiijo.

The Cayr snuck off to meet Afbiijo in Kenya and promised to bring him to Xamar if he made Culusow PM. No mention of the "Wadaad Istruggle"

Abdi, that had nothing to do with the UIC. Culusow's crew did that before the UIC...and they promised Ghedi not Yusuf from what I heard.

It is sad, funny and surprising that Yusuf the TFG felt the need to wage an attack like that but it shows the threat they must feel from that clan. I don't feel sorry for Culusow, the idiot was among I think about 5people who welcome the TFG and were campaigning for people to support the traitors. He is now trying to gain support from his people and this attack on the clan elders may have done him a favour.

Abdi, konfurta was for everyone.....there was no single clan control. The clan thing was dead.

The only thing the UIC did was to create a sense of Somalism which will make it difficult for people to revert to clanism. But the presence of Puntland forces and the attacks are rekindling the old feuds which should be something to fight. Once this clan war starts it will be back to square one and we don't want that.

Eyes_Cayr, yesterday I posted a topic about heavy fleeing to Gedo. My abti in Beled-Xaawo told me for every Mareexaan from Xamar coming back to Gedo for safety they have 10 fleeing Cayr families with them. He said besides the mortar attacks, it is the nightime kidnapping and death squads in their neighborhoods they are running from.

Walaal, stop lying. No one is fleeing to Gedo. I doubt even Mareexaan are fleeing to Gedo. The place always gets invaded by Xabasho, why would anyone go there. Coming back to the ceyr, my aunt told be a few ceyr families in her neighbourhood left, but they only fled to another part of Muqdisho. There may have been some that went to lower shabelle and Hiiraan but no one went to Gedo...

Btw, why are mareexaan fleeing?
