An interview with one of the Puntland ministers. Two great points: Muqdishu is not Hawiye territory its the Somali capital, secondly, its sad to hear that man who had bombs being thrown at his house and dealt with checkpoints everyday for the last sixteen years would say "ballo ba na heyso."
