Will the social property of Somalia return to the people?

As you know the social property , ever since it fell into the hands of interior clans, have been taken as granted.
I think there is a unifed view of our society that the transition to return these lost properties will take time and revolution based on self-reflection, forgiveness, Diasporas coming back and contributing to the reconstruction and renovation of homeland, as well as the creation of Truth and Reconciliation Committee made up of every clan and subject to periodic replacement in its composition.

Name calling aside, the hard resistance to give up the possession of illegal properties was anticipatory because no one easily confesses own crime until that person sees legitimate power and rule of law in place.
