The Mjs were saved from the Sacad occupation by a united darood front, when the sacads captured Galkayo and when moving towards bosaso, the so called darbi darood attack us from the west and more dhulbaante militia when comming from the north and to make things worse the merehans trapped us in the rear, so the sacads go fcuk by a coliation of all daroods.

When the Merehans trapped us our from our rear we had to ask for reer saleebaan help, thank God the saleebaans can to the aid of their fellow Haber Gider brothers once they noticed the entire daroods ganging up just against the sacads.
The saleebaans broke through the merehan lines from the south and allowed the sacads to retreat safely back into Galkayo.

On October the 3rd darood militias massed on the outskrits of the North west and east parts of galkayo, since ous sacads already killed about 3, 000 darood civilians mainly Mjs, we knew that if the daroods captured Galkayo they would kill every sacad on sight and would go as further as north Galgadud to punish the sacads.

Therefore we had talks with serur and saleebaan clans men and told them that the daroods would kill them too if they did not help us to resist them.
The last preparations was made for war, a combined force of young sacad, serur and saleebaan men was made.
The new Haber Gider force was capable of handling the united daroods in the north but the merehans in the south towards us remaind a severe threat, therefore we had talks with merehan elders to try and persuade them to stop fighting us but they all refused. Therefore sacad elders went to ceyr elders to persuade them to join the war and to deal with the threat the sacads faced from the merehans.

Ceyr militia started moving their heavy battle wagons towards kismayo which was once the strong hold of merehans, hence merehans were forced to concentrate fighting the ceyrs and to leave the sacads alone.

With the merehan militias heading south to confront the growing ceyr threat the sacads were now able to focus and deal with the so called darbi darood.

With three days of intense fighting and with the loss of a total of 600 men of only 60 sacads, the Mjs cried for peace and were forced to sign a humiliating peace treaty.
