It's just refugees fighting. The solution is to ship them back to where they came from.

Southern Somalia is for the natives, that excludes Daroods and HGs.
The "natives" themselves are immigrants from other areas. And many Daaroods have roots that go back couple of centuries.

There are No daroods with roots going back centuries in Southern Somalia. Who are you decieving here? Laughing Daroods settle in Northern Somalia and Somaali Galbeed as well as the NFD just like other somali clans. Mareexaan and Ogadeen migration to Southern Somalia is convievable since these clans settled in Kilinka 5naad which is adjacent or nearby to Jubbooyinka but how on earth did Harti daroods from Bari get to Kismaayo? Fly? Laughing

Don't obscure facts. Having roots is not the issue as there are many other clans who have roots far away from their traditional degaans. There are native daroods of kismaayo and it's environs for the last 80-100 years but they form minority and we all know most daroods in those regions today are recent immigrants/refugees. My evidence? Find me many daroods from Kismaay today with grand parent from the city. You won't.

Most daroods came via historical injustices whether be it with the Italian coloniasts who transplanted many majeerteens from their degaans to Xamar and beyond, oppurtunistic resettlements of darood refugees resulting dabo-dheer droughts in Bari and refugees from Ogaden war in prime farmlands to change the face of demographics in those regions (Siad creating Gedo out of thin air and calling Garbahaarey his birth place despite the fact he's from Kilinka 5naad Laughing ), via the Land law of 1974 which introduced to Somalis new villian of theft by the pen where the government (read daroods and the well connected) expropriated prime lands that were not registered all the while making land registration by rightfull owners next to impossible (read Catherine Besteman) and recent migration of daroods south from 1991 civil war.

To cap it off: no darood warlord fighting over the city today was born there. What does that tell you?

Dhulbahante, Jaamac Siyaad poet trying to fend off the Isaaq vultures by reminding them of the power of the other great nations of Daarood. At that time Dhulbahante were severely weakened by the great Darwiish Conflict that left more than 200,000 Dhulbahant dead.

Weed boy

Learn your history. Dhulbahante are part and parcel of the great Daarood Nation, forever dependent and depended upon by all Daaroods. Stick with your dope and the stuff you know about.

Cilmille,

You don't know what torment is until you see hordes of Hutus descending down on Punaniland seeking revenge for Xamar.

You may have forgotten the battle of Gaalkacayo but Caydiid never forgot. And the Sacad of Mudug never forgot the lesson given to your mooryaan. In 'Punaniland", the sun is hot, the earth dry, water is rare but guns and gunmen are plenty. You will die unmourned and unwept, unhonoured in that barren wasteland of 'Punaniland". Come north by all means. Then you will learn the meaning of jumping from the frying pan into the fire.
