Nobody said that it was a kingdom comparable to what we are used to. Heck, it was inferior to Majeerteeniya. Hobyo was a poor sultanate, it didn't even dare to venture north to claim Nugaal, which Keenadiid did initially. But it towered supreme in the Somali political landscape of which it's population consisted of isolated, nomadic clans at the time. From that viewpoint, Hobyo was indeed impressive.
Same goes for the conquest of the Hawiye, it looks impressive on paper, but it wasn't such a big deal. Past massacres during wars, their traditional leaders put under check, strategic assasinations here and there and forced marriages did the trick of subjecting an entire tribe to a subclan of Daarood.

Its avout 18 or 19 to Sheekh Isaxaaq.

Isaaq kids stop wasting the thread and lets stick to the issue. Daarood claim they back track over 33 ancestor back to the cheif Monkey Daarood Ismaaciil.
Also Daarood claim that even Their so called king alone traces 32 kings before him.
So my question is how do Daarood defend these obvious conteradictions??
Sadley few of the half brained Isaaq in this thread even bothered to notice this great frace in Daarood historical myth.
To make it short let see the abtirsimo of their king, let the Majeerteen count the 33 kings ahead of this one and let see if the Daarood claim holds.
Dawldasade,
Or what ever your name is, kido you are way below my league , you won't change the subject any how, if Daarood holds this king to be the true one or not is irrelevant, the point is obvious how can there be 32 kings and how can there be 33 ancestors to Daarood?? was Monkey Daarood himself a king with no subjects?
Even anceint Egptian with their 4000 years of history don't recall 32 kings, and Daarood claim 33.
