Mogadishu 20, May.07 ( Sh.M.Network) -Roadside bomb explosion has wounded at least two civilians in Mogadishu’s Yaqshid district, north of the Somali capital on Sunday.

Abdikani Hassan, a resident in Arafat neighborhood within the district, told Shabelle that the roadside bomb exploded as a military convoy of Somali government soldiers was passing.

“I could see the blast. It did happened when the last pickup truck mounted with anti-air-craft gun passed. The soldiers were not harmed, but they fired shots after the incident,” he said.

This is the second bomb blast to occur in the volatile city in one day.
