I've heard from sources pretty close to Abdullahi Yusuf tell
me that the reason AY is willing to negotiate for Kismayo, is cuz he really never really gave a shyt about Kismayo in the first place. He always wanted Xamar. Even back in pre-ICU dayz he gave Barre Hiiraale the O.K to proceed with Jubbaland.
