why arent the warlords not being promoted to wasiiro??

why is qanyare muse suudi and others not promoted to wasiiro yet?

I think the TFG is sensitive to what people would say about promoting an official warlord or ex-warlord to wasiir. I also think Qanyare, Qaybdid, Yalahow and the other official warlords have been handsomely paid to keep quiet. The exception was Aydid, but maybe because he wanted a higher position (prime minister) which was not granted to him, he decided to quit.

Oh ok now i get it but i suppose since they all abgal one way or another they would benefit together cause they might each other but once an outsider comes i guess they will stick together.
