They awarded my mum Tax Credits a few years ago, then after a couple of years they stopped. Now they want her to pay them back. Feckers.

I've just had an amazing telephone conversation with some girl in Manchester about that very issue.

I'm awaiting a telephone call anytime soon or a letter through the door regarding my offensive language towards them.

Its fecking justified.

You should have have gone to a solicitors. I have lost my temper on the telephone a few times. I cant stand the council of my area so unorganized.
