Qatar isaaq chick, no it does not say in Quran that women have to cook and clean and the guys can mess around. If the man wants someone to cook and clean, he can get a maid but its good for a woman to cook and clean her house, its not just something Muslims do-its life, even cadaan women cook and clean the house when they get back from work. Anywho what you're describing is Somali culture it has nothing to do with Islam!
