For the record, how could that solve qabiil, since women, who have no qabiil to begin with, adopt the qabiil of their husband?

Haa, Nabeela. From what i've learned, women are "qabiiless", in the sense that they adopt their husbands clan when they marry, and that the children will be raised as whatever his qabiil is.

There are huge flaws in (Women don’t have clan identity) theory. Well, just becuz the children happens 2 adopt their father’s clan moniker, doesn’t mean that women do not have clan identity/representation. Lets say 4 change, she takes on her husband’s kinfolk name, but would that last 4 long?. No. --- (If divorce or death of the spouse gets in the way) --- For instance, kids always adopt their father’s name, but does that mean women are nameless? NO........

Women DO have a qabil , and in our society the honor of a women is rested upon her brothers shoulders.
