I know someone who plays games like that...getting guys to fall for her then drops them like a sack of potatoes.

I don't know, I personally don't like to be fake and have never told anyone something from the heart since my heart doesn't spoken to me. I believe the guy is suppose to be the one confessing his undying love, not the girl. Wait for him to lie to you...say piss off a couple of times. Then tell your heart to love the one who sticks around the most and doesn't take no for an answer.

Interesting, you need to get this angst off your chest, ASAP, confess and make it simple, so you don't lose your dignity, in case he rejects you. Also you don't want him to feel pressured or anything.

This is what you should do, casually invite him for coffee, and stare in his eyes, and tell him that you absolutely fancy him and see what he says. Take the risk! If he has any inklings about you in that way he will be pleased, If he doesn't, well laugh it off and pretend you were kidding, you can pull it off cause most guys are not that bright anyway.
