Dr. Axmed Shire 'Lawaxe'

Does anyone have more info about him? He used to be the first Somali to acquire a College degree and was a administrator and organizer of SYL.

The only information that I have on him is he is mentioned in a old Somali Government Pamplet issued in 1962 where it says that he (Lawaaxe), Xuseen Nuur Cilmi (Somali Consul-General in Nairobi) and the late Cabdirashid Cali Sharmaake (RH) were welcoming the late Kenyan MP Ronald Gideon Ngala.

I need info, like where he was born etc.
