Any of u reckon how 2 get rid of a tea addiction??

I'm addicted 2 tea i love it bt everytime i drink i add heaps of sugar and now i see the bad side effects mumz was tellin me about....she reckons i won't get married if i don't stop drinking it. I drink it everywhere 4rm work skool and at grannys house when i'm there 2 help the kids learn about islam.

So yh help me it wills ya???

Didn't gain weight it just makes me dependent and wide awake @ weird time sometimes sis..!! I'm only 19 hard 2 adjust plannin on get myself married soon so i wanna kick my addiction. I sound like pars hilton. I don't even know why am awake rite now gonna head 2 bed i've got a class n work tomz..salaamz all.

It is not a bad addiction I see no harm involve it is indeed Halaal.

I wonder what is drinking tea harm the marriage? It is just cultural sayings there is no harm to it whatsoever.

The only bad thing I see is that if you eat too much sugar over the limit might affect your teeth or might give you sokorow/urinary.

Tea has been proven to be good for the body,as there are many antioxidants etc


Personally i love tea, no sugar, milk and two timir and i'm good to go.
