Arabman,

I have no clue, Abbysinia comprised of massive land, historians argue that it stretched from the Red Sea to the Indian Ocean, absorping Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea, & Djibouti. So, it is possible.

I am sure after a careful research, one can find out the exact location the early Muhajireen went to.

"That's an incompetent NCO. You, I and others know there are supermen. Two recent examples; the Fallujah supermen that took enormous firepower, chemical weapons (white phosphorus) and other unconventional weapons to subdue them. And the 200 Fatah al-Islam supermen, who are still fighting in the 4th month, and who have yet to be subdued. I think the Fatah al-Islam supermen are more efficient than the 300 Spartans."

There are well trained and well motivated soldiers, and then there are poorly trained and poorly motivated soldiers. But ideology is not a factor, and anyone who studies military operations knows this.

The Japanese were incredibly fanatical, well trained, reasonably well resourced, and still defeated. Take the lesson. You can not win.

Political Islam has no future.

You're mistaken; ideology is a critical factor. That's why your institution will need in the future its own fundamentalists, extremists, etc. Your faithless institution is badly losing because of the faithless, inefficient and incompetent foot soldiers; you, I and others know it.

I know no such thing. Nazi Germany was a faithless institution, and soldier for soldier was the Wehrmacht was the best the world has ever seen. Why? Because of outstanding training from a very young age and outstanding equipment (plus a sound military doctrine). Are you now going to tell me that the Wehrmacht soldiers were incompetent or cowardly????

And the Imperial Japanese Army of WW II was a ferocious war machine, yet it was defeated by the US? How so, if the US' institutions are not capable?

For that matter, how do you account for the string of Israeli victories? Or the US victory over the Taliban which drove them from occupying most of the country to hiding out in Pashtun regions today?

You don't know a focking thing about military operations, but are discussing them like you do. You are full of shit.
