Deeq Caabi is the current head of Kismaayo and no one can replace that not even the TFG. Remember that a few months back, the TFG tried to name a new head to replace Deeq Caabi but failed. Until Barre finalizes the creation of Jubbaland and the commitee replaces him, he will remain as the head.
