That brave HG caalim in Xamar, who spoke out against Caydid and was killed? I had family in Xamar at the time, and they told me a story like this, but I'm not sure if they were referring to him. If so, may Allah have mercy on this brave soul. Amin.

Sh. Boqolsoon was habargidir and was killed by habargidir..eventhough it was not an assisination attempt. he died as a result of a robbery attempt, when the car he was riding in was looted.
