The FACT is, the Puntland administration is stupid because of its NEEEEEED to make any sort of propoganda for outsiders to AID them. They have their troops fighting Shabab ICU remnants in Xamar with the aid of Ethiopian troops, so they want to make a repeat of that in Waqooyi. They can't fight for themselves. So they will do anything to gain any sort of leverage. The terrorist card worked before and it brought disaster.

So with the "War on Terror", you can label anyone a terrorist organization, get the cash, and troops to take over this or that. THOSE ARE FACTS.

I didn't backtrack from my statements. All these states are Ethiopian puppets anyway.

As for playing the terrorist card, somaliland has done it more than anybody and they hand over more ogaden 'terrorists' than anybody else. And it's lot more complicated than just playing the 'terrorist card', America and other countries do not just go in a region without real a threat to America. And waqooyi being an Ethiopian proxy is no such threat. As for shabab, it's possible they're are some there or those with links, unless you have evidence to the contrary don't assume anything. You need to learn to think critically. I will leave it that.
