Why are Qabil topics allowed to stay in the General Section?

Seriously, where is the mod and why isn't he doing his job? There's an entire section on this forum just for these types of topics, so why aren't they moved there? All the qabil obsessed psychopaths have made their way to this section and have now taken it hostage. How much longer are you people going to continue discussing whose clan has more camels/land/beautiful women/(insert other irrelevant things) before you get bored and call it quits?
