Woqooyi has a bright future. It seems all the investment in the past Government either went to Woqooyi (First ten years) or Xamar/Kismayo (late '70s). It seems other areas in Somalia got absolutely nothing. There was a highway system built between all the major cities in Toghdeer connecting them. Also good job to Issaqs for not messing it up and building on them. However they must keep up the good work, because this stuff needs maintenence, and will fall apart if not taken care of.
